Unboxing Video Guidelines:

Shipping label, sealed package, and full unboxing must be clearly visible

Video must be single, continuous, uncut, and unedited

Product issue (damage, defect, wrong item, or missing item) must be clearly shown

Complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
